Our Story
Tloom exists for people who care about the home. Not the showroom version of it, the real one: the sofa that has to survive a decade of Sunday mornings, the rug that ties a room together, the lamp that makes winter evenings feel warm.
What we do
We keep a deliberately curated catalog of furniture, rugs, lighting, and home goods. Every piece is chosen by a person, not an algorithm, and we would rather carry one great bed than ten forgettable ones. When something does not meet the bar on materials, construction, or comfort, it does not make the site.
T-Label Studio
Some rooms need a piece that does not exist yet. T-Label Studio is our custom furniture service: you bring the room, the constraints, and the idea, and we design the piece with you, then build it with manufacturing partners we trust in Italy, Denmark, Vietnam, and China. It is the part of Tloom we are proudest of.
How we work
- Delivery that respects your time. Free FedEx delivery in 1-3 business days on in-stock parcels, and scheduled freight with a real appointment on the big pieces.
- Returns without the fight. A 30-day return window and free return shipping. The details live in our Refund Policy, and there is no fine-print trapdoor.
- People, not ticket queues. A real person reads every message. Write to customerservice@tloom.com or call (727) 353-2321 any hour of any day, and an email reply lands within one business day.
Who we are
Tloom is operated by Tloom Inc. from St. Petersburg, Florida. We are a small team, which is exactly why the catalog stays sharp: everything on the site is something one of us would put in our own home.
