Unauthorized Reseller Policy
Tloom is operated by Elavite Inc. Our house labels, Bremhaus, Grevane, Tessmar, Kolvern, Varnholt, Marnau, and Wulfern, are sold exclusively through tloom.com. We do not authorize any third-party reseller, marketplace seller, distributor, or drop-shipper to sell them, and we do not sell them through any other website or marketplace.
Who Is Authorized
Elavite Inc., selling on tloom.com, and members of our Trade Program whom we have approved in writing. Nobody else. If a seller claims to be a Tloom partner, ask us and we will confirm or deny it within 1 business day.
Buying From Anyone Else
A Tloom house-label product offered on another site was not sold by us. If you buy it there:
- The Tloom 30-day guarantee and our support promise do not apply. Both are tied to an order placed on tloom.com.
- We cannot verify the item's condition, authenticity, or history. It may be used, damaged, mislabeled, or counterfeit.
- Returns and refunds go through the seller you paid, not through us.
Our Content Is Not Free to Copy
Our product photography, copy, page designs, and label names are the property of Elavite Inc. Using them in a listing on another site, whether or not that listing sells our products, infringes our copyright and trademarks. When we find our content in an unauthorized listing, we file takedown notices with the marketplace, hosting provider, or search engine that carries it. Report an Unauthorized Seller
Seen our products or our photos somewhere they should not be? Send us the listing URL, the seller name, and a screenshot if you have one:

We respond within 1 business day and we act on every report.
Reselling Our Products
Orders on tloom.com are for personal and household use. Our Terms of Service allow us to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale. If you want to sell our products, apply to the Trade Program; approved members are the only resellers we authorize.
Brands We Carry
Tloom is a retail platform. Alongside our house labels, our catalog lists genuine, new products made by other manufacturers, obtained through resale and retail supply channels. For those items we act only as an independent reseller. The manufacturer's name, logo, and model numbers are the trademarks of their owners, used solely to identify the goods offered for sale, and no manufacturer sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Tloom or Elavite Inc. Our position as a reseller is set out in our Trademark & IP Notice.
Brand Owners: Removal on Notice
We do not want to list any product that its brand owner would rather we did not. If you own a brand, or are authorized to act for the owner, and you want a listing taken off tloom.com, tell us and we will remove it. We will not ask you to argue your case first, prove your rights in advance, or wait on a legal filing. Your notice is enough.
Send us the listing URL or URLs and the brand or right you are asserting, by either route:
- Email customerservice@tloom.com with "Brand Removal Request" in the subject line. This is the fastest route and it covers trademark, brand, and distribution-channel requests.
- Or submit the notice form on our DMCA & Copyright Policy page, which reaches the same reviewed queue. Use that form when the claim involves copyrighted material such as product photography or product copy.
We acknowledge every notice within 1 business day and remove or disable the identified listings promptly, normally within 1 business day of confirming them. We will write back to you when it is done. Removal is not an admission of liability by anyone. A brand owner may also ask us to keep their products off tloom.com going forward, and we will honor that.
