Tloom is a retail platform, and we are an independent reseller of the manufacturer-branded goods listed on it. The manufacturer brand names, logos, and model names that appear on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the genuine products offered for sale, as the law of first sale permits a reseller to do.
Unless we say so expressly, no manufacturer sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Tloom Inc. Our product pages describe the products; they do not speak for the brands that make them.
Brand Owners: Removal on Notice
If you own a brand, or are authorized to act for the owner, and you want a listing removed from tloom.com, tell us and we will take it down. We will not ask you to argue your case first, prove your rights in advance, or wait on a legal filing. Your notice is enough. Send the listing URL or URLs and the brand or right you are asserting to customerservice@tloom.com with "Brand Removal Request" in the subject line, or submit the notice form on our DMCA & Copyright Policy page, which reaches the same reviewed queue and is the right route for copyright claims such as product photography or copy.
We acknowledge every notice within 1 business day and remove or disable the identified listings promptly, normally within 1 business day of confirming them, and we write back when it is done. Removal is not an admission of liability by anyone. A brand owner may also ask us to keep their products off tloom.com going forward, and we will honor that. The same commitment appears in our Unauthorized Reseller Policy.
Authenticity & Warranty
Every product we sell is new and genuine, sourced through authorized or reputable retail channels. Manufacturer warranties apply according to each manufacturer's own terms, and we will help you with a warranty claim whenever one is offered.
On top of that, Tloom Inc. honors the Tloom 30-day guarantee - the details live in our Refund Policy. The guarantee is tied to an order placed on tloom.com; it does not cover a house-label product bought from an unauthorized seller.
