Manufacturer warranties

When a product includes a manufacturer warranty, Tloom will help you access that coverage. Email customerservice@tloom.com with your order number, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.

Tloom 30-day guarantee

Tloom Inc. honours this guarantee on every order placed on tloom.com. In addition to any manufacturer warranty, eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day return window and our support promise for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. What is not covered

Warranty and guarantee coverage does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, or use outside normal residential conditions.
• Improper installation or assembly.
• Unauthorized modifications.
• Accidental damage after delivery.

How to start a claim

Contact us at customerservice@tloom.com. We respond within one business day and will let you know whether replacement parts, a repair path, a return label, freight pickup, or another resolution is available.
