Everything else stays exactly as our retail clients enjoy it: free 1–3 business-day FedEx delivery on in-stock parcels, scheduled freight on the big pieces, and 90-day returns.

How to Apply

Email customerservice@tloom.com with the subject "Trade Program" and include:

  • Your business name and what you do
  • A business license or EIN
  • A portfolio or website
  • A Florida Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13), if you are purchasing for resale - this lets us set up tax-exempt handling on qualifying orders

We review every application personally and respond within 1 business day. Approved partners sign a short Trade Partner Agreement covering pricing tiers, MAP, and payment terms - then you're buying at trade rates.

Yes. Send the schedule and we'll quote it as one package, stage deliveries around your install dates, and keep a single point of contact on it end to end.

Do you ship to job sites?

We do - anywhere in the contiguous United States. Parcels arrive by FedEx in 1–3 business days when in stock; freight deliveries are scheduled with whoever is on site.
