SMS Terms

This page explains how Tloom Inc. uses text messages (SMS and MMS) on the Tloom Support number +1 (727) 353-2321. It is the campaign privacy policy and terms for those texts. Our full store policies remain at the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Who texts you

Texts come from Tloom Support. The sender is Tloom Inc., 7901 4th St N # 9001, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Email customerservice@tloom.com or call (727) 353-2321.

What the texts are for

These are customer-care and order-status messages: replies to a text you sent us, tracking and delivery updates you asked for, return instructions, and answers to product or order questions. We do not use this number for marketing blasts or for cold texts to a purchased list.

Text us (opt-in)

Text Tloom Support at +1 (727) 353-2321 for help with an order, delivery, or return. By texting this number, you agree to receive customer-care and order-status text messages from Tloom. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

You can also opt in on a live support call with that number. Before we send a text, Tloom Support reads this script: "I can text you at the number you are calling from. By asking for this text, you agree to receive customer-care texts from Tloom. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Should I send it?" We send the text only if you say yes.

Message frequency varies based on your order and the questions you send. You may receive several messages while we look up an order, then none until you write again.

Mobile numbers are not shared

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. We use your number only to reply to you, to handle your order, and to operate Tloom Support. Carriers and our messaging provider (Twilio) process the message so it can be delivered. That is not a sale of your number.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any Tloom Support text. You will receive a confirmation and we will send no further texts to that number, except a single confirmation of the opt-out. You can also email customerservice@tloom.com and ask us to stop. Reply START if you later want texts again. Reply HELP for help, or email the address above, or call (727) 353-2321.

Privacy

The personal information in a text conversation (your number, the order details you give us, and the message body) is handled under our Privacy Policy. We keep transcripts so we can continue the conversation and for customer-service records. We do not use support texts to build a marketing list.

Terms

By texting Tloom Support or asking for a text on a support call, you agree to receive customer-care and order-status texts at the number you used. The texts are part of the Tloom service described in our Terms of Service. We may refuse or end a text conversation that is abusive, fraudulent, or outside what we can do over SMS. Florida law governs, as in the Terms of Service.
