Shipping policy

Tloom delivers premium home goods - furniture, lighting, bath fixtures, and decor - quickly and carefully across the contiguous United States.

Free 1–3 Day FedEx Delivery: Delivery is free on every in-stock item. Orders ship via FedEx and other national carriers, and in-stock parcel orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Oversized and Freight Items: Select large pieces - such as furniture, vanities, and oversized fixtures - may ship with a specialty freight carrier and are delivered curbside, typically within 5–10 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window before arrival. Freight items cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

If Your Order Is Delayed: If we cannot ship your order within the promised window - or, where no window is stated, within 30 days - we will notify you promptly with a revised shipping date, and you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Delivery Area: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.

Tracking: We email you a tracking number on the day your order is dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
