Shipping policy

Tloom delivers premium home goods - furniture, lighting, bath fixtures, and decor - quickly and carefully across the contiguous United States.

Free Ground Shipping: Delivery is free on every in-stock item. Orders ship by ground parcel via FedEx and other national carriers. Estimated delivery timing is shown on each product page before you add an item to your cart. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

If Your Order Is Delayed: If we cannot ship your order within the promised window - or, where no window is stated, within 30 days - we will notify you promptly with a revised shipping date, and you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Delivery Area: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.

Tracking: We email you a tracking number on the day your order is dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
