Keep your login private, use a strong password, and tell us if you see charges you do not recognize.
A few habits keep your account safer:
- Use a unique password you do not reuse on other sites.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- Be wary of emails that ask for your password. Tloom will not ask you to paste a password into an email reply.
If you see an order you did not place, or a charge you do not recognize, email customerservice@tloom.com right away with the order number. You can also review privacy choices on our privacy choices page and Privacy Policy.
