We sell new products in original packaging. Report a safety concern and we will help you escalate it quickly.
Everything we sell is new and in original packaging. We do not sell refurbished or gray-market goods.
If you believe a product is unsafe, stop using it and email customerservice@tloom.com with the order number, product name, and photos. We will help with next steps, including manufacturer or recall guidance when it applies.
