  The oven holds 14.7 quarts, enough for family portions of fries, a pizza or a full rack of wings. An internal light lets you check on what is cooking without opening the door and letting heat escape.

  The temperature runs from 167°F for gentle reheating up to 446°F for high-heat crisping, with an adjustable dial and a timer up to 120 minutes. The automatic safety shutoff stops everything when the cycle is done.
