• Hose fill, 28 inch wall

  The tub holds water at a 28 inch wall height, with an inner sitting area for shared soaks. Fill it with a standard garden hose. There is no dedicated fill line, so plan on the hose reaching the site and keep the connection clear while the tub fills.

• Pump built into the liner

  The UltraFit pump is built into the liner, so there is no separate motor box to place beside the tub. That same pump inflates the spa, heats the water, runs the filter, and powers the jets. Water passes through a filter cartridge. A ChemConnect dispenser on the wall holds the chlorine you add yourself.

• Never leave children unsupervised

  Standing water is a drowning risk for young children even when the spa looks shallow, so never leave kids alone near it, covered or not. Keep the cover buckled down when the spa is not in use. There is no built-in ladder. The wall is 28 inches high, so step over the rim slowly. Supervise children directly any time the spa is open.

• Winter drain and store

  The insulated cover and walls help protect the water between soaks. Freeze Shield runs the heater in cold weather so the pump and lines do not freeze, though draining and storing the spa indoors is safer for a hard winter. Check the chemical dispenser, rinse the liner, and let the shell dry fully before you store it for the season.

• Liner built to hold air

  MaxHold fabric beams sit inside the liner to hold air pressure and keep the wall from going soft. The outer shell uses durable TriTech material designed to resist punctures better than plain vinyl. Keep the floor off sharp gravel or roots anyway, and use the included repair patch if a small leak shows up.

• What arrives in the box

  The box includes the spa, the insulated cover, the built-in filter pump, a filter cartridge, the ChemConnect dispenser, a drain pipe, and a repair patch. A garden hose, sanitizing chemicals, and a ground cloth are not included. The unit needs a standard grounded outlet nearby.

• App and rim controls

  A digital panel on the rim sets temperature, jets, and the filter. The Bestway SmartSpa app talks to the same panel so you can change the temperature, timer, filter, and massage from your phone. The power-saving timer lets you schedule heat instead of leaving the heater on all day.
