Details

The Hansgrohe Locarno Single Handle Floor Mounted Freestanding Tub Filler Trim in Matte Black stands on the floor with a geometric octagonal form inspired by the Art Deco movement. A single lever handle and a coordinating handshower sit within its narrow profile.

Thermostatic control sets the water temperature, and a smooth-running diverter lets one hand switch between the tub spout and the handshower, which offers PowderRain, Rain and Whirl modes. The spout reaches 9 inches front to back. The trim needs the hansgrohe Rough for Freestanding Tub Fillers (10452181), sold separately; mounting hardware for the trim is included. Because of state water-efficiency limits on showerheads, this item can't be shipped to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.

  • Easy-clean handshower

Limescale wipes easily off the silicone nozzles on the handshower thanks to QuickClean, which helps the shower head stay like new between uses. Matte Black keeps the look dark and quiet.

  • Thermostatic control, one lever

Thermostatic control and a single lever handle manage the water. A smooth-running diverter switches from the bath spout to the handshower with one hand, so one handle is enough.

  • What it works with

This trim requires the hansgrohe Rough for Freestanding Tub Fillers (10452181), which is a separate product. Confirm the rough-in with your installer before you order the trim.

  • Floor-standing installation

The tub filler stands on the floor and uses one faucet hole. A licensed plumber is recommended to install it, and the rough-in must be bought separately before the trim goes on.

  • Brass in Matte Black

The body and the lever handle are brass, finished in Matte Black. The dark finish underlines the narrow basic shape and the geometric octagonal form drawn from the Art Deco movement.

  • Flow at the tub and shower

Maximum flow rate is 5.28 gallons per minute, so the tub fills fast. The handshower runs at a lower flow and offers PowderRain, Rain and Whirl modes for different moods.

  • What ships with the trim

A hose, mounting hardware for the trim, a diverter and the handle come with it, along with the handshower. The overall weight is 29.06 lb. The rough-in valve is sold separately.
