Details

The Hansgrohe ShowerSelect thermostatic valve trim in Matte Black is a wall-mounted trim with a single handle and a Select button. Its bold contrast suits modern architecture, and the concealed thermostat keeps the technology behind the wall.

One handle sets the water temperature, and the button turns the water on and off with an easy touch. SafetyStop releases hot water only when required and keeps the temperature from becoming too high. It serves one outlet, either a shower head or a handheld shower, and measures 6.13″ H x 6.13″ W x 3.25″ D. This is the valve trim only; the rough-in valve is a separate product to confirm with your installer.

  • Controls and temperature

A single handle sets the water temperature, and the Select button switches the water on and off with an easy touch. The thermostat cartridge holds the temperature evenly and precisely.

  • SafetyStop on the handle

A button on the handle releases hot water only when required and keeps the temperature from becoming too high. It sits on the same handle you use to set your temperature.

  • One outlet

The concealed comfort thermostat serves one outlet, which feeds either a shower head or a handheld shower. The Select button gives comfortable water control at the touch of a button.

  • Materials and finish

Brass internal components sit behind a Matte Black face. The bold contrast is a good fit for modern architecture and gives the shower wall a clean, dark focal point.

  • Size and weight

The trim measures 6.13″ H x 6.13″ W x 3.25″ D and weighs 3.04 lb. Check the wall space around your shower valve location against these dimensions before you order.

  • Installation

This trim is made for indoor wall mounting. The thermostat technology sits behind the wall, so the face stays clean. The rough-in valve is a separate product to confirm with your installer.

  • What ships

The Hansgrohe ShowerSelect valve trim in Matte Black, part number 15762671, ships as the trim only. The rough-in valve is a separate product and is not part of this order.
