Details

The Berwyn Pressure Balance Shower System from Signature Hardware comes in Matte Black. A single lever handle sits on the wall, and a rainfall shower head hangs from the shower arm.

One lever handle runs the pressure balance valve, which has integral stops, and the shower head has a single function. The system includes the handle and the rough-in valve. A diverter is required. Because of state water-efficiency limits on showerheads, this item can't be shipped to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.

  • One lever handle

A single lever handle runs the whole system, so one hand sets the shower. The set has one handle, finished in Matte Black to match the rest of the hardware.

  • Pressure balance valve

The rough-in valve is a pressure balance valve with integral stops. Pressure balanced valves are built to help keep the water temperature steady when water is drawn elsewhere in the house.

  • Rainfall shower head

The shower head is a single function rainfall style, carried out from the wall on a shower arm. One spray pattern keeps the setup simple and the controls easy to use.

  • Wall mounting

This system uses wall mounting. The set includes the rough-in valve, so the valve that controls the shower comes with the system and does not have to be bought on its own.

  • Diverter and valve fit

A diverter is required with this system, and the valve type it calls for is Pressure Balanced. Both are worth confirming against your plans before you order.

  • Matte Black metal finish

The system is made of metal and finished in Matte Black, a flat, low glare look that sits well in modern bathrooms and pairs easily with other fixtures.

  • What ships

The system includes the handle and the rough-in valve, along with the rainfall shower head and shower arm. The manufacturer part number is 482790, handy for matching replacements later.
