Details

The Lexia Floor Mounted Tub Filler Faucet and Valve with Stops in Polished Brass from Signature Hardware stands on the floor beside a freestanding tub, with a tall gooseneck spout and a single lever handle. Its streamlined lines give the bathtub a modern look.

One lever controls the water, and an integral diverter sends it to the tubular hand shower, handy for rinsing down the tub or rinsing off after a bath. The spout stands 44.31″ high with a reach of 8.68″, and flow reaches up to 10.5 gallons per minute. Underfloor access is required for installation. Because of state water-efficiency limits on showerheads, this item can't be shipped to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.

  • Single lever control

One lever handles the water, and the handle is metal. The valve trim is included, so the control you see at the tub comes with the filler. An integral diverter sends water to the hand shower.

  • A hand shower for rinsing

The hand shower is tubular with a full spray, handy for rinsing down the tub or just rinsing off after a bath. It includes a factory installed backflow prevention check valve.

  • Floor mounted, single hole

This is a single hole, floor mounted faucet with a gooseneck spout. It stands 44.31″ high with a front to back reach of 8.68″, so the spout reaches out from the floor to the tub.

  • Installation notes

Underfloor access is required for proper installation. Installing on a concrete slab will require cutting and concrete removal. Rough-in is included, along with water supplies.

  • Materials and finish

The fixture is constructed of metal and finished in Polished Brass. The lever handle is metal as well, so the handle and the body of the filler share the same look.

  • Water flow

Flow reaches up to 10.5 gallons per minute at the maximum. The hand shower has a full spray function, and the integral diverter switches the water between the tub spout and the hand shower.

  • What ships

The pieces include a shutoff valve, a valve, mounting hardware and a handle. The valve trim and the hand shower are included, and so are the water supplies.
