Single lever bathroom faucet from the Metropol line, with a pop-up drain assembly and connection hoses. The flow rate is limited to 1.2 GPM, and the spout is fixed with a low arc.

The box holds the faucet, connection hoses, shaft attachment, mounting key, drain assembly and assembly instructions. Hansgrohe recommends that a licensed plumber install it.
