This exhaust fan and light combination switches between 80 CFM and 110 CFM. It has a brushless DC motor and a humidity sensor.

The edge-lit LED white grille gives a main light output of 950 lumens at 3000K with a 90 CRI. The 13-watt dimmable LED is equivalent to a 60-watt incandescent bulb.
