Made by Kohler. A chrome trim plate with a temperature control knob and recessed push buttons for three shower outlets. It is designed for use with select Anthem three-port thermostatic valves.

Thermostatic technology keeps temperature and flow consistent. The outlet buttons pop out to adjust water flow, up to 8 gpm. The knob has an integrated adjustable high-temperature limit stop.
