Details

The Kohler Awaken Tub & Shower Faucet in Matte Black is a wall mounted showering kit with a fixed rainhead, a handshower on a slide bar and a single handle. The dark finish gives the whole set one clean, even look.

The handshower offers three sprays: wide coverage for everyday use, an intense drenching spray for rinsing shampoo, and a targeted stream for sore muscles. A thumb tab switches between them, and the holder pivots to change the spray angle. It needs a pressure balanced valve and a two valve diverter. Max flow rate is 1.75 GPM.

  • Three handshower sprays

The multifunction handshower offers wide coverage, intense drenching and targeted sprays. A simple thumb tab moves smoothly between them, so you can change the spray without leaving the stream.

  • Single-function rainhead

A single-function rainhead sits on a rainhead arm with flange. The shower head measures 8'' W., and the system has one fixed shower head.

  • Slide bar and hose

The handshower rides on a slide bar, and its holder pivots to adjust the angle of the spray. The handshower hose is 60'' L end to end.

  • Water flow

Max flow rate is 1.75 GPM. Adjustable water flow is built in, and the spray pattern is adjustable, with three spray patterns to choose from.

  • Valve and diverter needs

This kit needs a pressure balanced valve and a two valve diverter. Rite-Temp and MasterShower valves complete the installation. A single handle controls the set.

  • Wall mount installation

The set mounts on the wall. It includes a supply elbow with check valve, a rainhead arm with flange, valve trim and mounting hardware.

  • Matte Black finish and size

The Matte Black finish is on a metal build. Overall height from top to bottom is 29.68'' H, and the overall product weight is 15.45 lb.
