Details

Six knives with an acacia wood block in black, model KBSF01BL. The set includes vegetable, utility, meat, santoku, bread and chef's knives. The blades are German stainless steel and the handles are stainless steel. The block has a powder coated carbon steel body and a retro 50's look.

Dimensions: block 7.6 in W x 6 in D x 14 in H. Blade lengths: vegetable 3 in, utility 5 in, meat 5.9 in, santoku 7 in, bread 7.48 in, chef's 7.48 in. Weight 4 lb.

  • 7 pieces: 6 knives and the block.
  • Block base has an anti-slip grip.
  • Handles are non-slip and the blades are rust resistant.
  • Utility and bread knives are ground on one side at 20° ± 5°. Chef's, santoku, meat and vegetable knives are ground on both sides at 13° ± 2°.
  • Hand wash recommended.
