• Open chrome lantern

  Thin steel bars form a long open lantern cage with a trapezoid profile and no glass panels. Light and sightlines pass through the frame, so the room stays open under the fixture.

• Hang height you set

  It hangs from two chains with adjustable length, up to 121 inches overall with the 96-inch chain and 120-inch wire. Two round polished chrome canopies, each about 18 inches wide, cover the ceiling boxes.

• Standard E12 bulbs

  Each socket is an E12 candelabra base for a B10 candle bulb, 60 watts max. Bulbs are not in the box. Put dimmable lamps in it if you want the fixture on a dimmer.

• Hardwired install

  This is a hardwired 120-volt fixture, not a plug-in, so it wires into a ceiling junction box behind the canopy. Assembly is required; plan on a screwdriver and a second person for the lift.

• Dimming needs both

  The listing marks the fixture dimmable when paired with a wall dimmer and dimmable bulbs. Neither the dimmer nor the lamps ship with it, so buy both if you want that range.

• Dry indoor rooms

  It is dry-rated for indoor rooms away from moisture. Skip baths, covered porches, and any wet location. UL and cUL listings cover the electrical safety side of a standard indoor install.

• Chrome care

  Dust the steel cage with a soft dry cloth. Wipe fingerprints with a lightly damp microfiber, then dry. Skip abrasives and glass cleaner on the polished chrome, since they leave haze on a mirror finish.

• What ships

  The open lantern body, two round canopies, chains, and mounting hardware ship together. Bulbs are not included, and neither is a dimmer switch, so order six E12 candle lamps before install day.
