• Hang it on a chain

  It hangs from an adjustable chain, not a rod. Overall height can reach 66.1 inches at full length, and the chain shortens for a lower ceiling or a closer hang over a table.

• Dry-rated drum

  The listing is rated for dry indoor rooms only. It is hardwired at 120 volts and is not a damp- or wet-location fixture, so keep it out of a bath, shower, or covered porch.

• Candelabra E12 bulbs

  Each socket is an E12 candelabra base for a standard candle bulb, 60 watts max. Bulbs are not in the box. Put dimmable lamps in it if you want the fixture on a dimmer.

• Hardwired installation

  The chandelier ships with mounting hardware and its own instructions, and wires into a ceiling junction box in place of an existing fixture. Plan on one person, a ladder, a wire stripper, and safety glasses for the install; no electrician-only wiring beyond a standard hardwired connection.

• UL and cUL listed

  The fixture carries UL and cUL safety listings for dry indoor rooms, backed by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Those are the marks worth checking before wiring anything into a ceiling box yourself, and they hold whether an electrician does the hookup or you do.

• Simple care

  Turn the power off at the switch before cleaning. Dust the fabric drum with a soft brush or a vacuum's brush attachment, and wipe the brushed nickel arms and chain with a dry, barely damp cloth. Skip harsh or abrasive cleaners on the shade fabric itself.

  Each box ships with the chandelier body, canopy, chain, and linen-blend drum shade fully assembled at the arms, plus mounting hardware and printed installation instructions. Candelabra bulbs are not included, so pick up five dimmable or standard E12 bulbs before the fixture goes on the ceiling.
