• Gold openwork frame

  The metal frame is finished in polished gold and cut in the classic empire profile: wider through the middle crystal tiers, narrower at the top ring and bottom drop. Real glass crystal hangs from the arms and body so the finish and the glass read together.

• Hang height you can set

  It hangs from a chain, not a fixed rod. Suspension length is about 60 inches and overall height reaches 80 inches, so you can set the drop over a table or in a taller foyer. The canopy is roughly 5 inches across and hardwires to a ceiling box.

• Dimming takes two parts

  The fixture is listed as dimmable, which means it works with a wall dimmer when you also use dimmable bulbs. Neither the dimmer nor the bulbs ship in the box. On a plain switch it simply runs at full brightness.

• Standard candle bulbs

  Each socket is an E12 candelabra base for a candle or B10 bulb, 40 watts maximum. LED candle lamps work and keep heat down on the crystal. Put eight matching lamps in before install day.

• Dry indoor rooms only

  The listing is dry-rated and UL Listed, so it belongs in living rooms, dining rooms, and entries away from moisture. It is not a damp or wet fixture; keep it out of bathrooms and covered porches that see spray.

• Hardwired install

  This is a hardwired chandelier, not a plug-in. It mounts to a ceiling junction box behind the canopy, and some assembly is expected for the crystal and frame. Have an electrician make the connections if you are not comfortable working in a junction box.

• What comes in the box

  The gold metal frame, cascading crystal accents, canopy, chain, and mounting hardware ship with it. Bulbs and a dimmer switch are not included, so order eight E12 candle lamps and a compatible dimmer before hang day.

• Crystal and metal care

  Dust the crystal with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster, working one strand at a time so pieces do not knock together. Wipe the gold metal with a dry cloth. Skip household sprays and water on the glass; spots show and do not wipe evenly.
