• Hang it your height

  It hangs from a chain, not a rod. 96 inches of chain and 120 inches of wire ship with it, and overall height can reach 138 inches, so you can set the hang over a table or in a taller stairwell.

• Hardwired installation

  This chandelier hardwires directly to your ceiling; it does not plug in. The canopy mounts over the ceiling's junction box, and the included sloped-ceiling adapter handles angled ceilings. If you are not comfortable with 120-volt house wiring, have an electrician make the connection.

• Dry-rated indoor use

  The fixture is dry-rated and UL Listed for indoor rooms only. It is hardwired at 120 volts and is not a damp or wet fixture, so skip baths, covered porches, and anywhere with direct water.

• Standard E12 bulbs

  Each socket takes a standard E12 candelabra base for a C35 candle bulb, 60 watts max. Bulbs are not included, so plan to buy twelve before it goes up. Choose dimmable bulbs if you want the fixture on a dimmer switch.

• Wipe clean, dust often

  Dust the steel ring with a dry, soft cloth on a regular basis to keep the finish looking sharp. Wipe down fingerprints or light grime the same way. Skip household glass or metal cleaners and abrasive pads, which can dull or scratch the aged zinc finish over time.

• What ships in the box

  The box ships with the chandelier, canopy, chain, and sloped-ceiling adapter attached, plus loose mounting hardware. Bulbs are not included. Assembly needs two people and a ladder, since the wide ring goes up and levels out easier as a two-person job.

• Handmade steel, aged zinc finish

  The frame is premium steel finished in aged zinc, which reads as a matte black rather than a bright metallic. Each candle sleeve stands 5.9 inches tall around the ring. Because it is handmade, slight variation in finish and weld lines is normal from one piece to the next.
