• Four arms, one clean line

  Four candelabra-style lights sit on two black steel arms that sweep out from a center rod, spaced evenly across the fixture's 40-inch width. The look reads as a modern take on a classic chandelier silhouette, sized for a kitchen island or a dining table.

• Soft white fabric shades

  Each of the four bulbs sits inside a bell-shaped white fabric shade that softens the light instead of showing a bare bulb. The shades and the black metal arms give it a warm, tailored look over an island or table.

• Hardwired installation

  This is a hardwired fixture, not a plug-in: it wires directly to a 120-volt junction box, so installation means shutting off power at the breaker and connecting it like any ceiling fixture. If you are not comfortable doing that, hire an electrician.

• Set your hang height

  It ships with 54 inches of rod that you split into shorter stems to set the hang height, and 9.5-inch extension rods are sold separately if you need more drop. It is also rated for a sloped ceiling.

• Candelabra bulbs, not included

  Each of the four sockets takes a standard E12 candelabra bulb, incandescent or LED, up to 60 watts. Bulbs are not included. Pair it with a dimmable bulb and a dimmer switch, both sold separately, if you want to lower the light for evening use.

• Dry locations only

  It carries a dry-location rating, so it belongs in a kitchen, dining room, or living space rather than a bathroom, covered porch, or anywhere exposed to spray or humidity. Keep it away from wet or damp air entirely.

• Dust with a dry cloth

  Dust the black metal arms and the fabric shades with a soft, dry cloth on a regular basis; avoid household cleaners or water, which can mark the fabric. If a bulb burns out, turn off power at the breaker before you replace it.

• What's in the box

  The box comes with the fixture, its four fabric shades, the canopy, and the rods for setting hang height already provided. It weighs under 6 pounds, light enough that the optional safety cable most chandeliers use is not required. Bulbs are not included.
