  Each of the 18 sockets takes a standard E12 candelabra bulb, 40 watts max, sold separately, so choose warm-white candelabra bulbs for the classic candlelight look. The fixture is compatible with a dimmer switch, though the switch itself is not included and must be sourced separately.

• Dry-rated for indoor rooms

  This chandelier is hardwired at 110 volts and rated for dry locations only, so it belongs over a dining table, in an entry, or a tall stairwell, never a bath or a covered porch. It is not damp- or wet-rated, so keep it away from any source of moisture.

• Dust the iron, not the finish

  Wipe the matte black iron arms and chain with a dry, soft cloth to clear dust between the tiers; avoid harsh cleaners that could strip the matte finish to a shine. Each candle sleeve lifts a bulb straight out for re-lamping, so no tools are needed to change one.

• What ships in the box

  The chandelier ships with its column, all 18 arms, chain, canopy, and the sloped-ceiling adapter already attached, plus mounting hardware, at 12.4 pounds total. Bulbs are not included, so plan on 18 candelabra bulbs and, if you want dimming, a compatible dimmer switch, both sold separately.
