Made by Kingston Brass. This single-handle valve and round trim kit sends water from a shower mixing valve to one of up to three outlets. It has 1 inlet and 3 outlets, and you switch between the outlets one at a time.

In a walk-in shower, it can change between a regular shower head, a rain shower head and a handshower. In a tub and shower setup, it can divert water to a regular shower head, a handshower or a tub spout. It only directs flow between outlets. It does not replace a shower mixing valve, which is still required for hot and cold temperature adjustment and scald protection.
