The Moen Wynford M-CORE 4-Series Valve Trim comes in Brushed Nickel, with two lever handles and a flange, also called an escutcheon, that mounts on the wall. One handle sets temperature and the other sets volume.

Thermostatic control keeps the shower at the temperature you choose as the hot and cold supply shifts, and the volume handle changes flow without changing temperature. The trim is zinc and weighs 2.7 lb. It requires a mixing valve to complete the installation, so confirm the rough-in valve with your installer.

  • Temperature control

    The thermostatic design reacts continuously to changes between hot and cold, which keeps the shower at the temperature you set. One lever is dedicated to temperature, so you set it once and leave it.

  • Volume control

    The second lever adjusts the volume of water without affecting temperature. Adjustable Water Flow is built in, so you can turn the shower down or up while the heat stays where you put it.

  • Fit and compatibility

    This trim kit requires a mixing valve to complete the installation. The rough-in valve is a separate product, so confirm which valve suits this trim with your installer before you order.

  • Installation

    The trim mounts on the wall. Because the trim is chosen separately from the valve, you can install the valve first and pick your style and finish afterward, taking your time with the decision.

  • Materials and finish

    The trim is zinc with an Brushed Nickel finish. Two lever handles and a flange, also called an escutcheon, make up the visible pieces on the wall.
