Special delivery instructions help the carrier find you and leave the package where you want it.
What to include
- Gate or buzzer codes
- Preferred safe place (porch, garage, concierge)
- Building name or unit tips
- For freight: driveway access, stairs, or appointment preferences
How to send them
Add notes at checkout when the field is available, or send them right after ordering through Update Delivery. Include your order number so we can attach the note before the label prints.
Carriers cannot always follow every request, but clear instructions reduce missed deliveries.
