International shipping
Tloom ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Updating shipping on an order
Change the delivery address or add notes before your order ships. After it ships, options are limited.
Item never arrived (lost in transit)
Missing packages are stressful. Most turn up within a few days, and we will work with the carrier until it is resolved.
Tracking your order
Find your estimated delivery date in My Orders or in the tracking email we send when your order ships.
Shipping information and cost
Free 1–3 business-day FedEx on in-stock parcels. Oversized pieces ship by scheduled freight when designated.
