My order statuses
What Confirmed, In progress, Shipped, Delivered, and Returned mean on your Tloom order.
Each line in My Orders moves through a short set of statuses.
- Confirmed - We received your order and payment. You should have a confirmation email.
- In progress - We are preparing the item. Cancellations and address edits are still often possible.
- Shipped - The carrier has the parcel. Tracking is live in your shipping email and My Orders.
- Delivered - The carrier marked the package delivered. Open and inspect promptly, especially freight.
- Returned / Refunded - A return was received and processed, or a refund was issued.
Status wording can vary slightly by carrier. If something looks wrong, email customerservice@tloom.com with the order number.
