Shipping information and cost
Free shipping on in-stock parcels, typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. Large pieces ship freight, curbside, when designated.
Delivery is free on every in-stock item. There is no membership fee and no free-shipping threshold.
Standard ground shipping
Most in-stock parcels ship by FedEx. Typical transit is 1–3 business days after dispatch. You will get a confirmation email when you place the order, then a shipping email with tracking when the parcel moves.
Furniture and oversized pieces
Some large items travel by freight and are delivered curbside, with a scheduled window. On those listings we show a scheduled curbside promise on the product page. The carrier calls to set a window that works for you. Please inspect the piece on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
What shipping costs
Outbound shipping is free within the contiguous United States on both ground and designated freight deliveries. Return shipping is also covered when you follow our return process. See the full Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
