How to start a return
30 days from delivery. We send a return authorization and a prepaid label, or arrange freight pickup.
Live with it a full month. If it is not right, send it back for a refund or exchange.
Return window
30 days from delivery. Items should be in original condition and packaging: unused, unassembled, and uninstalled, unless we tell you otherwise for a damage claim.
Steps
- Read the returns and exchanges terms, then email customerservice@tloom.com with your order number and which item is coming back.
- Wait for your return authorization. Do not ship anything back until you have it.
- Use the prepaid label (or the freight pickup we schedule).
- We refund after the return is received and checked. See Refund timing.
