Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and check your return.
When a return or cancellation is approved, we refund the original payment method.
- Cancellations before ship - usually post quickly after we confirm the cancel.
- Returns - we issue the refund after the parcel is received and checked in.
- Card timing - your bank may take a few additional business days to show the credit.
