How checkout charges work, what appears on your statement, and what to do if a price looks wrong.
At checkout you pay with the cards and wallets Shopify Payments supports on tloom.com.
What you will see
Your confirmation email lists the items, shipping (included), tax if applicable, and the total charged. Statement descriptors vary by processor but will reference Tloom or our payment provider.
Price errors
We price carefully, but typos happen. If an item's price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Details are in our Terms of Service.
Need a receipt or invoice copy
Use the confirmation email, or ask customerservice@tloom.com with your order number.
