The fixture holds five candelabra bulbs inside a black metal drum, 22.75 inches across. Faceted K9 crystals sit in the lattice. Light hits the crystals and fills the room as a wash, not a single lamp over the table.

• Crystal batons, black frame

  Rows of faceted crystal batons clip into a black metal drum frame, each crystal outlined in its own black rectangle rather than loose on a chain. A chrome hub sits at the center, holding five candelabra sockets below the crystal ring.

• Light breaks into sparkle

  Light from the five bulbs catches the faceted crystal and breaks into small points of sparkle around the whole drum instead of one smooth glow. The black frame behind the crystal keeps that sparkle from washing out, so the fixture reads bright but not flat.

• Clip-in crystals, wired by a pro

  The crystals clip into the black frame at home, so the fixture is not fully built in the box. It still needs a licensed electrician to hardwire it into a ceiling junction box, and it works on a sloped ceiling as well as a flat one.

• Chain sets the drop height

  It hangs on a 60-inch chain connected to a straight rod, not a cord, so overall height can reach 81.25 inches from ceiling to the bottom of the drum. That covers a standard dining room as well as a taller space over an island.

• Candelabra bulbs, not included

  Each of the five sockets is an E12 candelabra base rated up to 40 watts, and bulbs are not included. The sockets sit low on the chrome hub, mostly hidden behind the crystal, so a plain candelabra bulb works as well as a decorative one. Add a dimmer switch and dimmable bulbs if you want to dim it.

• Dry-rated, not wet-rated

  This fixture carries a dry-location rating and an ETL listing, which covers a dining room, kitchen, or living room that stays dry. A dry rating is not a damp or wet rating, so keep it out of a bathroom, a covered porch, or anywhere steam or rain could reach the crystal and wiring.

• Dust the crystal, skip cleaner

  Dust the black frame and the crystal batons with a dry cloth or a soft brush to keep the facets catching light instead of dulling with buildup. Skip glass cleaner sprayed directly on the fixture, and let the bulbs cool before you wipe close to a socket.

• Ships with crystals to clip in

  The drum frame, chain, rod, canopy, and crystal batons arrive together, with the crystals clipping into place at home rather than pre-installed. Bulbs are not included, and neither is a dimmer switch if you want the fixture on one. Plan on an electrician for the hardwired mount.
