Six white drum shades sit on a matte-black six-arm ring, 26 inches across. Hardwired, rod-hung, and dry-rated, it takes E12 bulbs and works on a sloped ceiling.

The fixture holds six E12 sockets behind white fabric drums on black metal arms, 26 inches across. Light comes through the shades as a soft wash, so the room reads lit without a cluster of bare lamps in view.

• Two heights, not one row

  Six white linen shades sit on black metal arms at two different heights rather than one flat ring, an outer arm reaching higher and two shorter arms clustered lower on each side. That stagger gives the fixture depth instead of a single flat circle of shades.

• Soft light from six cones

  Each conical linen shade softens its bulb into an even glow rather than a bright point, and with six of them spread across two heights, the light layers instead of stacking in one place. Over a table it reads full and warm rather than sparse.

• Hardwired into a junction box

  This chandelier is hardwired into a ceiling junction box, so it needs an electrician rather than an outlet. It works on a sloped ceiling as well as a flat one, and assembly and mounting are both required before it goes up.

• Rod pieces set the height

  It hangs from a rigid rod, not a chain, built from pieces in two lengths, 12 inches and 6 inches, that combine to set your drop. Overall height can reach 65.13 inches from ceiling to the lowest shade, enough for a standard dining room.

• B10 bulbs, not included

  Each of the six sockets is an E12 candelabra base built for a B10 candle bulb, up to 60 watts, and bulbs are not included. Because every shade covers its bulb completely, a plain candelabra bulb works fine here. Dimming needs a dimmable bulb in every socket plus a separate dimmer switch, both bought on their own.

• Dry-rated, not wet-rated

  The fixture carries a dry-location rating with both ETL and cETL listing, which covers a dining room, bedroom, or foyer that stays dry. A dry rating is not a damp or wet rating, so keep it off a covered porch or out of a bathroom where steam or spray could reach it.

• Dust linen, wipe the metal

  Dust the linen shades with a dry cloth or a soft brush rather than water, which can water-spot the fabric, and wipe the black metal arms with a barely damp cloth to clear fingerprints. Turn the fixture off and let the bulbs cool before you dust close to a socket.

• Ships as parts, no bulbs

  The arms, shades, rod pieces, and canopy arrive ready to assemble and mount; bulbs are not included, and neither is a dimmer switch if you want the fixture on one. Plan on an electrician for the hardwired connection once the frame is together.
