Changing or correcting an order
Swap a size, fix a typo, or adjust quantity before the order ships.
Need a different size, finish, or quantity? We can often correct an order before it ships.
Email customerservice@tloom.com with the order number and the change you want. If the new item has a different price, we will confirm the difference before we edit anything.
Address-only changes belong in Updating shipping on an order. Full cancellations are covered in Canceling items.
