  Vacuum it regularly with the beater bar switched off, since a spinning brush can snag the carved high rows instead of just lifting the dirt out of them. Blot a fresh spill right away with a clean cloth, then spot clean the area rather than letting it sit and work into the fiber.

• What ships in the carton

  The rug ships rolled in one carton by ground delivery. A rug pad is not included, and neither is any of the furniture staged in the photos. There is nothing to assemble, just unroll it, square it to the room, and let the last of the travel curl settle out on its own.
