The light comes from a 39-watt LED sealed inside the bar itself, not a swap-out bulb. It puts out 3,315 lumens of 3,000K warm white light and is rated to last up to 50,000 hours.

• A slim squared bar of light

  A brushed nickel bar runs just over three feet straight across, held level by two open rectangular loop risers instead of a single stem. A soft strip of frosted light glows along its underside, and every line stays square: flat canopy, straight bar, squared loops, no curves anywhere.

• Built for an island or table

  The bar's low, level profile suits hanging lengthwise over a kitchen island or a long dining table, where a row of round pendants would read as separate lights instead of one fixture. The brushed nickel finish and frosted glass diffuser keep the glow soft rather than a glare of bare LEDs.

• Hardwired ceiling installation

  This fixture is hardwired, wired into a ceiling junction box, not a plug-in cord, and assembly is required with a screwdriver on hand. Most buyers hire an electrician to mount the canopy and wire it to a switch, especially over a permanent island run.

• Downrods set the drop

  Two pairs of downrods, six inches and twelve inches, let you set the hang to your ceiling instead of living with one fixed drop. Fully extended the fixture reaches roughly 59 inches overall, so measure your ceiling height before choosing the longer pair.

• Integrated LED, no bulbs to buy

• Wipe clean, no re-lamping

  Wipe the brushed nickel bar and frosted glass diffuser with a soft, dry cloth to clear dust; avoid glass cleaner directly on the finish. Because the LED is sealed into the bar, there is no bulb to change, so upkeep is just an occasional wipe.

• What ships in the box

  The fixture ships with its bar, both loop risers, canopy, and both downrod pairs already included, at 12.35 pounds total, so you choose which downrod length fits your ceiling at install. No bulbs to buy; add a dimmer switch separately if you want one.
