• Pewter steel and clear glass

  The frame, canopy, and stem share a Pewter steel finish. Transparent glass cylinders keep the bulbs visible and throw ambient light through the open rectangles rather than softening it behind linen.

• Hang height on a chain

  It hangs from a chain with a short central stem and thin support cables that steady the drum. Chain length is 72 inches and overall hanging height can reach about 98.5 inches, so you can set it over a table or in a taller room.

• E12 candelabra bulbs

  Each of the five sockets is an E12 candelabra base for a candle-shape bulb, 60 watts max. Bulbs are not in the box. Use dimmable lamps if you want the fixture on a dimmer.

• Hardwired ceiling install

  This is a hardwired fixture, not a plug-in. It mounts to a ceiling junction box behind the round canopy. Assembly is expected and a screwdriver handles the mount, but have an electrician make the line connections if you are not comfortable working in a junction box.

• Care for steel and glass

  Dust the steel frame with a soft dry cloth. Wipe the glass cylinders with a lint-free cloth when the fixture is cool. Skip household sprays and wet cleaners on the finish, which can leave marks that do not wipe even.
