Grevane Carinish Upholstered Platform Bed

Ivory velvet, channel tufting, and tapered brass-tone legs frame a slim platform bed with direct slat support and a calm, tailored profile.

Ivory velvet wraps the rectangular headboard and low frame with a soft, tactile finish. Tight vertical channel tufting gives the headboard a tailored rhythm, while brass-tone tapered metal legs add a warm mid-century accent.

• A Slimline Silhouette

The slimline profile keeps the bedroom feeling open, with a low rectangular headboard and clean rails framing the mattress. Front and angled views show a simple platform shape that suits a compact bedroom without adding visual bulk.

• Assembly for Two

Assembly is required at home for a two-person setup, and all tools are included. Basic assembly joins the headboard, side rails, slat system, and center supports, and the instructions advise avoiding power tools.

• Direct Slat Support

The bentwood slat system is secured to the frame, with solid wood slats and center legs supporting the mattress. A box spring or additional foundation is not required, so the mattress rests directly on the platform.

• Match the Mattress

Select Full or Queen to match your mattress size. Queen's listed footprint is 86″ W × 65″ L, while the size-specific Full footprint should be confirmed in the listing before ordering.

• Height and Clearance

The selected configuration is listed at 42.5″ overall height, with 7″ from the floor to the bottom of the frame. The platform slat sits approximately 12 inches from the floor, giving useful height information for bedding and nearby furniture.

• Materials in the Frame

The frame combines solid and manufactured wood with MDF, solid wood slats, metal side rails, and a velvet upholstery layer. The footboard is included, and 2 center support legs are called out in the construction details.

• Care and Capacity

The frame carries a 300 lb. weight capacity. For care, spot clean the faux velvet with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives. The fabric may shade differently as light or brushing changes its surface.

• One-Box Arrival

The bed arrives in one box and includes the headboard and slat kit. Side rails, center supports, and footboard are part of the bed construction; mattress, bedding, and decor shown in the gallery are separate.
