Beige linen covers a wingback drawn in close to the frame. The wings hold the corners of the bed rather than swallow the pillows, so the shape stays tailored instead of overstuffed. Against a plain wall it reads as one calm outline, tall at the head and low the rest of the way.

Linen and linen blend upholstery sits over a metal frame, and a plywood slat kit with centre support legs carries the mattress on its own, so no box spring goes underneath. Assembly is required.

• Wings that turn forward

  The headboard rises in a single curved arch, with a wing at each side that angles forward instead of sitting flush against the wall. Beige linen-look fabric wraps the whole frame in one texture, from the headboard down to the low, upholstered rails at the base.

• Assembly, tools included

  Assembly is required, and the frame arrives with the tools you need already in the box, so there is nothing extra to buy or borrow. The headboard, footboard and center support legs bolt onto the metal rails with standard hardware.

• No box spring needed

  A pre-assembled, rolled plywood slat base comes with the frame and holds the mattress directly, so there is no box spring to buy. Center support legs reinforce the middle, two under the Queen and three under the King, and the platform design keeps the whole bed low.

• Queen or King, same depth

  The bed is built in two sizes. A Queen frame measures 66 inches across and fits a queen mattress with room for the wingback to frame it; the King widens to 82.5 inches for a king mattress, while the depth stays 84.5 inches in both.

• Low profile, low clearance

  Overall the bed stands 53.94 inches to the top of the headboard, with the footboard rising 8 inches at the foot end. Underneath, clearance is 4.53 inches, enough for a slim storage box but not for bins, so plan on the floor space around the frame instead of under it.

• Linen over wood and metal

  The upholstery is a linen-look fabric over foam padding, chosen for a soft hand that still wipes clean. Underneath, the frame combines solid and engineered wood with metal rails for the structure, so the softness on top sits on a stable build below.

• Rated to 1,000 pounds

  Weight capacity is 1,000 pounds in both sizes, carried through the metal rails and the two or three center support legs underneath. That capacity covers the mattress, bedding and the people on it, not a separate load stacked on top.

• Wipe clean, dry cloth

  The linen-look fabric wipes clean with a dry cloth for everyday dust, and a fabric-safe upholstery cleaner handles anything that soaks in. Keep it out of direct sun where you can, since light fabric can shift tone over years the way any upholstery does.

• What arrives at your door

  The box includes the headboard, the 8 inch footboard, the metal rails, the center support legs and the rolled slat base, with the hardware and tools included. The mattress is not included and ships separately, whatever size you choose.
