The frame sits low and close to the floor on short, tapered legs, with a matching low rail at the foot end instead of a tall footboard.

  The frame, legs and wood slats pack into one carton, tucked into a zippered compartment behind the headboard for easy assembly. Every tool needed to put it together ships in the box, so there are no separate tools or hardware to track down before you start.
