  Diamond button tufting fills a framed, rectangular headboard, giving this platform bed a tailored, boutique look. The same light beige linen wraps the footboard and low side rails in one continuous line, so the frame reads as a single upholstered piece from any angle in the room.

• Assembly and hardware

  This bed ships unassembled and goes together with basic hand tools over an evening. The wood slats screw into the frame rather than clipping on with hook and loop tabs, so keep the included hardware pack close and expect to work with a second person for the headboard.

• Caring for the linen

  Run a vacuum brush attachment over the linen every so often to lift dust out of the tufted seams before it settles in. Blot any spill right away with a clean, dry cloth, spot clean with mild soap and water, and let the fabric air dry before you dress the bed again.
